Text Box: PROJECT OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES:

     1.  To assemble a list of known serial numbers for examples of each variety of the notes produced in the first-run by the Maverick-Clarke Litho Company of San Antonio, Texas.

     2.  To identify any unknown varieties of notes from this first-run.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT!  If you possess any of these first-run notes, please report them to Dave@jdwjme.com

     Your report should include:

          Denomination

          Serie letter

          Serial Number

          Signature size (if appropriate)

Presence or absence of the ECdM seal and control letters.

Text Box: CURRENT STATUS - OCTOBER 2006

To date, only a tiny fraction of these notes has been identified and cataloged by type and serial number.  If only 25/100 th’s of one percent of these notes have survived, they may all be considered “rare”.  Your participation in gathering the serial numbers of these notes by variety is essential to gaining a firm idea of how many do survive.
